  • Preparation and delivery time of your order\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

    After validation of the order and confirmation of its payment, the order will be prepared within 3 to 4 working days. Once the package is shipped, it will be delivered within 3 to 5 days in France.<\/p>

    • Delivery rates\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

      Our delivery charges are calculated according to the weight and volume of the package. The amount of the delivery charges is visible just before the confirmation of the order.\u00a0<\/p>

      For international shipping, prices in our e-shop are given in euros including VAT, but the customs charges are not included in the final price. The customs charges must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier to validate the delivery of the parcels.\u00a0<\/p>

          You will be able to track your package from the moment the order is handed over to the transport provider. An email will be sent to the email address provided with a link and tracking number that will allow you to follow your package.<\/p>
