Delivery
- Preparation and delivery time of your order
After validation of the order and confirmation of its payment, the order will be prepared within 3 to 4 working days. Once the package is shipped, it will be delivered within 3 to 5 days in France.
- Delivery rates
Our delivery charges are calculated according to the weight and volume of the package. The amount of the delivery charges is visible just before the confirmation of the order.
For international shipping, prices in our e-shop are given in euros including VAT, but the customs charges are not included in the final price. The customs charges must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier to validate the delivery of the parcels.

- Track your order
You will be able to track your package from the moment the order is handed over to the transport provider. An email will be sent to the email address provided with a link and tracking number that will allow you to follow your package.
- Absence on the day of your delivery
In case of absence on the day of delivery, you will be notified by a notice of passage indicating the procedure to follow to agree on a new delivery or a withdrawal in a post office.
- Problem of conformity of the order during the delivery
If an error or an inconsistency is noticed between the products ordered and those you have just received, please contact us through the "contact" form and explain the exact reason for the claim. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
- Return of an order
If your order does not suit you: you can return one or more items for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the day you receive the order. Important: the returned items must be packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with their labels.
- Method of return
We ask you to fill out the form included in your package listing each product you wish to return; then simply send it back with the item(s), in its (their) original packaging(s).
The return shipping costs are at your expense except if the return is due to an error on our part (only valid for France).
- Method of refund
Once the package is returned and the conformity is verified, we will process the refund. directly to the bank account or PayPal account.
