TS chair

T for Tallon, S for Sentou.

First cousin of Robert Sentou, Roger Tallon is no stranger to the vocation of his Perigord cousin.

Their collaboration began in the early years in the Lalinde workshop, to produce specific creative projects together. In 1977, the TS chair won a design competition on the theme of space saving initiated by the V.I.A. and was produced by Robert Sentou until the 1990s. It has been reissued by Sentou Edition since 2016.

  • Size: H 73 x L 46 cm
  • Thickness when flat : 2,4 cm
  • Seat : H 45 x P 32 cm
  • Material: Laminated beech

This folding side chair was designed with the idea of maximum material economy in mind: cut from a single panel of plywood, it is the thinnest chair ever produced while offering strength and resistance

A true exercise in design, the TS chair goes from surface to volume in a single gesture, and becomes completely flat when folded, for simple and efficient storage. It can be hung on the wall with a hook sold separately.
